"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The view from our room was amazing. The food was delicious. Everything is within walking distance including the beach and trains if you want to go to Rome or Napoli."

"Our stay was deeply underwhelming and certainly did not reflect a 5-star rating. Even with a complimentary room upgrade, the space was extremely small and had a lingering, unpleasant smell of a dirty mop. The room temperature was far too high for sleeping, and when we asked to have the air conditioning adjusted, we were simply told to open a window. This was particularly frustrating as the smell of cigarette smoke from adjoining rooms was disgusting. ​The "luxury" amenities were also lacking: the pillows were incredibly uncomfortable—feeling like bricks or stuffed fabric—and the spa was overpriced at €35 per person for just one hour. We opted to drive to Stufe di Nerone instead, which offered much better value. To top it off, breakfast was poor, and we were hit with extra costs of €30 per night for parking and a €5 city tax. We actually spent our first night searching for alternative hotels at 4:00 AM."

"A wonderful hotel! It houses an incredible collection of original Italian design pieces from the 1950s. The first floor was designed by Gio Ponti and features original period furnishings! An incredible experience! These are pieces you’d find in the world’s finest museums. Breakfast is just as fantastic, with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Castel dell’Ovo and chairs by Carlo de Carli! An incredible place with a fantastic staff. For design lovers, this is a must-experience."

Thank you Google Translate! Location is great for access to the local restaurants, shops, bus and train station. Bus is about an 8 minute walk and train about 12-15. The breakfast is a reasonable spread of pastries, yoghurt, cereal and cold meats. Could do with a bit of variety as it’s exactly the same every day. After reading other people’s feedback, I brought a travel kettle as there’s no facilities in the room. "
