「Very nice room, cleaned and beds made after the first night, good breakfast, would visit again.」

「Room clean. Towels thick, white and fluffy. Staff really nice and food in the Kailyard restaurant was excellent. Only downside was there was a problem with the heating so we were cold for the first 24 hours, but small heaters everywhere and engineers dealt with it」

「We were lucky enough to have our room upgraded to a mini suite which was absolutely stunning. Every part of the hotel was beautiful - from the room, to the seating areas, restaurant and food. The staff were fantastic and very attentive. We had the most wonderful stay and will definitely be back.」

「Located right in the middle of town, we stayed in Kinnoul, larger than anticipated the two floors were wonderfully clean and modern, couldn't have been better. Lovely kitchen area with everything, apart from tea towels so we had to use the hand towel. Some reviews say there is noise but we must have been lucky, maybe neighbouring apartments were uninhabited during our stay, whole place was silent, apart from town clock chiming every quarter hour, which didnt bother us and wasn't through the...

「On smaller loch ard, near Loch Lomond, this hotel is off the beaten path. It’s beautiful and peaceful with amazing views of the water from every window. The hosts are so welcoming and we wish we would have planned to stay longer. They also saved us a lot of driving time by letting is know of a road closure that wasn’t on google maps. The food was good also but I can’t say enough about the hospitality.」

「Stayed for 2 nights room was lovely cosy and bed was like a mashmallow spotless food was excellent breakfast and evening meal big plus all the staff were so friendly and helpfull nothing was a problem so hard working and accomdating a credit to old mill inn will definetly be back and great entairtainment at night👌」

「We can’t say enough good things about our two night stay. Staff were so incredibly welcoming, kind and thoughtful. We had dinner the first night and wished we could have done the second too but had theatre tickets. Food was 5* both in flavour and presentation. We had the pleasure of meeting Ann the owner over dinner and the chef that evening , Charlie. Post dinner we sat by the fire where front of house immediately added more firewood. We also had the pleasure of meeting Angus, Ann’s son who was...
