「We stayed at the Scone Arms for one night and had a very comfortable stay. The hotel was spotless, our bedroom was spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and they even made us a lovely vegan English breakfast, which we really appreciated. We didn’t have time to explore Perth on this visit, but we’d happily stay at this hotel again when we return in the future.」

「What a wonderful overnight stay we had at Port Na Craig. A gem of a restaurant (tried and tested before) in the most stunning location. Staff were excellent, so helpful. Food was delicious as always. It was our first time staying overnight there and the cottage was like a home from home. Cosy and welcoming on a rainy night. 「Every time we come back to the Royal, it never ceases to disappoint. The staff are the people who make this such a special and charming hotel. The warmest of welcomes and we were so well taken care of. Attentive and polite customer services, similar to that of Ashford Castle, that seems to be lost in many establishments these days. The only complaint we had, was that the bedroom was cold even with the small radiator up to its maximum temperature, and the fires had not been lit in the bar area...

「Great place to explore the nearby areas (Pitlochry, Dunkeld). We needed a space for 4 and a Bernese Mountain dog and it was a good size. Place was clean and had everything we needed. Once we figured out the heating system, it was all good. Would happily come back in warmer weather to take advantage of the BBQ.」

Only thing was we couldn’t find instructions for the cooker and to put the hot water on but we nipped over to reception and they were helpful (with the hot water and we worked out the cooker!!).
