「Beautiful grounds and well worth a stay. Very good breakfast」

「I recommend upgrading to a superior room for a much more luxurious space and nice view. I had a lovely room and excellent view of the front lawn. My friend who had a regular room had an okay room with a view of the back parking lot! It’s a beautiful historic property and stunning location on the river, so might as well make the most of your stay! Don’t expect much from the “spa” treatment. 「The facility was lovely, the staff, friendly and professional. Our room was just right. It was all very pleasant and we would certainly stay here again.」

Spent next night over the bar - I used earplugs! Some of the staff were delightful but unfortunately my first encounter was a French lady in the bar who was obtuse to say the least. I...
