We were in room 110. Outside our window was the back entrance for the luggage and other back of house functions. It was disruptive due to the coming and going of deliveries and employees working. Additionally the wall our headboard was against had what sounded like metal racks for luggage on the other side of the wall. Luggage was slammed against the wall frequently during regular business hours. The room should be taken out of service.

I made the mistake and thinking we had the whole apartment to ourself. When we checked in with the concierge over the phone he explained that we were going to be share it with someone else. The wife was not too happy about that especially with one bathroom. So the concierge was able to see I made a mistake and upgraded us to a different suite with a private bathroom. We felt very secure as they had a security guard at the front desk. Also something to make note make sure that you have an account to send $600 cdn via e-transfer, Zelle or PayPal for the damage deposit. Otherwise, the suite are excellent very close to downtown, CN tower, the harbour, union Station and public transportation. There was a lot of restaurants and stores to get food and supplies. We didn’t have to rent a car or drive all public transportation. If we were to come again I would see if we could rent the whole apartment with some friends.

We did have a great experience staying in this property. Great view over the city. Parking included. Bed was really comfortable, amazing sofa! Great area. Everything clean and comfortable! Service was great as well, from the booking to reimburse of the deposit, all went well. Recommended every one to have the experience. Thank you for letting us have this great experience.

This is an amazing property, we had the most beautiful room overlooking the city. Staff was amazing breakfast was exceptional. Everything was perfect
