Home Among the Gum Trees
Charming character home close to Fremantle, Garden City, Fiona Stanley Hospital, local shops, cafes, the beach and only 20 mins to Perth with public transport nearby. Features 3 bedrooms, 2 living areas, jarrah floors, high ceilings, split system AC and free Wi‑Fi. French doors open to a patio, lawn and orchard. Families will love the leafy streets, friendly cafés, local reserves, and an amazing children’s playground just down the road.
We are very contactable and will help out at any time. Please message us and we will get back to you soon as possible. Please be aware that unless urgent, guests should be patient with us after hours as we like our team members to be able to spend some quality time with their families. We prefer to use the Airbnb app to receive messages and this is the quickest and most efficient way to reach us.
We give our guests space, but we are just a message away - do not hesitate to reach out to us with any concerns or questions you may have. We are in the office Mon-Fri 9AM to 5PM. Outside of these hours, we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Local Environment Notice
Our home sits in a stunning waterfront location surrounded by nature. From time to time, you may see a few local visitors like a possum, bandicoot or kangaroo if you are lucky and although harmless should be left alone. We may also ocassionally share the environment with ants, flies, or mosquitoes - especially when doors or windows are open. The property is professionally treated, but weather changes can bring a little extra activity. As this is a cozy home and the owners have opened it up while interstate for the enjoyment of travellers in the area. It is not a hotel but a well- loved home.
To stay comfortable, we suggest keeping food sealed, closing doors when possible, and using repellents if needed. This is all part of the beautiful natural environment that makes this area so special. If you notice anything unusual, please reach out - we’re always happy to help.
For stays of one month or longer, a complimentary mid-stay clean will be provided as a condition of the rental. The cost of this clean will be covered by the property owner. For stays extending beyond one month, a complimentary clean will be scheduled every fortnight.
