About the Property

Heatherwood Cottage is a cosy one bedroom cottage in the heart of Scone, around a 6 to 7 minute drive from central Perth. It suits couples, solo travellers and longer stays, with a spacious living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a dedicated workspace and private outdoor seating.

The cottage sits on Scone`s main street, so some road traffic can be heard during the day and evening, becoming much quieter overnight. The bedroom is at the rear, away from the road, and is generally very quiet.

Living Space and Bedrooms

The cottage sleeps two in a comfortable double bedroom at the rear of the property. The living room has a large sofa and chaise, a cosy armchair, a Smart TV, a dining area and a dedicated workspace with Wi-Fi. Outside, there is a private seating area for morning coffee or an evening drink.

One small dog is welcome, and a travel cot and high chair can be provided on request.

Kitchen and Dining

The separate kitchen is fully equipped for self catering, with everything needed to prepare meals throughout your stay.

Location

Everything is close at hand. The Co-op and Tesco are 2 to 3 minutes` walk away, while La Siciliana, The Scone Arms and Brown and Blacks are all a few minutes on foot. Quarrymill Woodland Park is within walking distance, and Scone Palace, Perth Racecourse and Perth Airport are all nearby.

Guest Access and Important Information

Guests have exclusive use of the cottage and private rear outdoor seating area. There is no dedicated parking, but free, unrestricted on street parking is available nearby on Albert Road and Victoria Road, with short stay parking opposite useful for unloading.
