「An issue at check-in but host was responsive and accommodating. Neighbors’ dog barking a night was not fun. View was nice. Inside is VERY vintage….I felt like I was house sitting at my grandma’s old lake house. For us, it was ok. 」

「Do Not stay here. Host forgot to have property cleaned prior to or arrival. The dishes the sink had been sitting a week and stunk. The bed wasn’t made, towels on the floor. I called, text and messaged owner. No response. I called again after 40 minutes and he answered. Promised to send some over to clean. They never showed up. We couldn’t stay there and had to go drive 30 min to Morrilton to get a hotel. I complained to Vrbo because they should refund we were unable to stay on party. Still...

「Great location, quiet and convenient to Petite Jean State Park. Comfortable with everything needed for our three night stay. Took the host's advice and made sure we brought all the food we needed to prepare all our meals. The kitchen was nicely supplied with a good variety of pots, pans and utensils for meal preparation . Would definitely book another stay here. 」
