Renting an apartment between beach and village in Perros-Guirec

  • It is very bright, crossing. It is ideal for a couple with 2 or 3 children. It was completely renovated in 2012. In the north, it offers a great view of Ploumanach and the Seven Islands. In the south, a sunny terrace of 33 m2 with garden furniture.
    It includes a fitted kitchen (ceram hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator (with freezer) opening onto a large living room (TV, DVD player and mini-chain). It has two bedrooms, one with sleeping 140/200 and a toilet with sink and shower, the other has two bunk beds and a trundle bed with sleeping 90/200. It also has a bathroom (with washing machine) and separate toilet. In addition you will find a dryer and a cot and a private parking.
    The linen is provided (beds, towels, tea towels) .The household departure is included in the price.
