「Lovely place, friendly team, the owners are on site with the team morning and night checking everything is ok and hands on helping, nothing was too much trouble to them when you ask. Room was spacious & clean, lovely views in quiet area so no sleep disturbances. Only fault was the hob in room didn’t work as it is no longer self catering hotel but fridge & kettle did & were clean. We did have a breakfast and it was a large variety of food & drink, and all food and table areas were very clean....

「Awesome location next to shops, restaurants and on the beach. Staff were all friendly. The apartment was first class, big comfy beds and a stunning view over the bay below. Bath room a bit old fashioned but nothing you can't cope with. No noise at night. Next to a very popular restaurant. 「Property is well located 10 mins walk from a choice of beaches, bars, restaurants, etc. It's close enough for access, but far enough away not to hear any noise. Host is very friendly and helpful; any issues were quickly resolved. Patio does get the sun and is private.」

「This villa is just perfect for a relaxing holiday with everything you need and more. We received a lovely welcome from the owner who’s communication was brilliant from the minute we booked. Extra touches like the wine & foods when we arrived were very kind. We loved the pool & garden area which has a lovely bbq and plenty of seating areas to just sit back & chill. 「I had a lovely time at the hotel on a B&B basis..The room was big and clean and tidied every day. The pool area was excellent with lots of beds a great pool. I had a few evening meals and the food was ok with a good chance. All the the staff were very professional and very friendly. It was near the end of the season and quiet so there wasn't any activities either during the day or evening. I would certainly visit again.」

「The villa is lovely, nice comfortable beds which is what was need as we didnt arrive till 2.30am . We had bread ,milk juice, and water there for us which was a great help so thankyou so much for that the villa is in a nice quiet area and just a short walk to all shops bars and restaurants . 」

「With only a 3 minute walk to the beach at Polyxenia and the coastal path which stretches from Kalamies to Fig Tree Bay, Villa Teleia offers the perfect spot for a relaxing enjoyable holiday. It is comfortably furnished and well equipped with a nice shaded outside area with pool. John and Jill were very quick to respond to any queries. Highly recommended.」

「This is a lovely home from home villa! Has everything you need for a lovely holiday. The pool is fantastic. The villa is well equipped, pleasantly decorated and clean. It’s also close to the best beaches in Protaras! The only thing that is a downside at the moment is that there is a lot of construction going on near the villa but it didn’t bother us because we were at the beach in the day and by the pool in the late afternoon/evening. We loved it!」
