A strategic place to visit and reach the whole Aosta Valley in a short time, from Courmayeur to Gressoney, Marine is a fairy-tale village hidden among the chestnut trees at the foot of Chemp, has kept its environmental and landscape prerogatives intact and enjoys a particularly mild and cool climate, even in Summer.

Far from today's hectic city environment, these villages are oases of peace, still inhabited at certain times of the year.

Visiting Chemp means discovering not only buildings of fine rural architecture, only a small part of which have been restored, but also admiring the works of art, placed among the houses, that enliven this ancient village.

A traditional wood and stone house, completely restored, Maison Perruchon is the ideal place to spend your vacation in peace and nature.

Perloz is about 6 km from Pont Saint Martin, 25 km from the cross-country and downhill slopes of Gressoney Saint Jean, 8 km from Fontainemore where there is the Mont Mars reserve ideal for trekking in the midst of nature and in contact with animals, about 10 km from the ski slopes of Coumarial, ideal for both cross-country skiing and snowshoeing or summer walks, 8 km from the Fortress of Bard and 11 km from the rock climbing wall at Arnad. There are also many other attractions depending on the season.

Also ideal for families, large outdoor space for children to play. Only caution, having left the highway, the road is a bit twisty and sloping, but it always remains clean, even during snowfall.
