"Warm welcome by Nora with local delicacies and tips for restaurants and excursions. The house is very new, clean and well accommodated and located.The pool is great. We had a wonderfull time! Thank you Nora and George for following up so well during our stay!"

"The communication with the owner is outstanding. He is very responsive, helpful and makes sure to pick you up at a meeting point so you can easy find tha villa upon arrival. We have rented a lot of houses and this is by far the best equiped with ALL you need ( there is even bottled water, soap, wine a garden where you are allowed to harvest and loads of other stuff for your convenience). The pool is huge with an awesome view overlookibg the sea. All outdoor areas (including the outdoor kitchen)...

"I spent a weekend with friends at Venetiko. The manager was very friendly and responded immediately and positively to any queries or requests that we had. The appartment was as advertised and all appliances were functioning properly. It was clean to a high standard and the bed linen provided was also freshly cleaned and adequate. "We had a large group come to Patra for a conference at the University of Patra and this home was ideal for location and convenience for all guests. The kitchen had everything needed to cook for a large group and it would be great for a family gathering. Walking distance to the beach. Spyros and his family were there to meet us and help us get acclimated."

"No good matters to sleep on by back hearts after 3 days no good wfi leaking bathroom water on the bathroom floor I complain the first night no one returned my complaint plus the stupid village that is people don’t have good food is only fish or pork with french fries just horrible "

"I really didn't want to leave a public review because then my favourite "seacret" Greek spot wouldn't be much of a secret anymore. But, I feel it wouldn't be fair to our amazing hosts Michalis, Christina, and Voula. The property was immaculate, and the apartments were stocked with everything we needed to truly feel as if we were at home. The beach front was private and shared with 3 other apartments. The parking was covered. Playground provider away from the apartments so that noise would not be a factor. Air-conditioning worked very well. I will 100% be back. Thanks, George B. "
