「We stayed at Mimpi with our 3-month-old baby and had such a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived at the sales office in Kuala Besut, the staff were absolutely amazing. Everyone was so kind, helpful, and especially sweet with our baby. They all seemed to love babies and always made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Thanks to the wonderful staff, our stay was truly special and memorable. We really appreciated their kindness and hospitality and would definitely love to come back...

「I’m giving this hotel 2 stars mainly because of the cleanliness and the overall condition of both the hotel and the room, which felt quite run-down and in need of maintenance. On the positive side, the staff were kind and helpful, and the location is definitely a strong point. However, considering the price we paid (over €100 per night, almost 500 MYR), I don’t feel it offers good value for money. For that reason, I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless improvements are made.」
