This charming 3-bedroom main cabin is open year-round, offering a cozy and inviting atmosphere no matter the season. The guest cottage is available from April to November, perfect for additional space when needed.

The property boasts a sandy beach and a swimming area, ideal for cooling off on warm days or lounging by the water. Relax on the lakeside beach with ample seating and enjoy the gorgeous sunsets that make this location so special. For added fun, we offer plenty of water toys for guests to enjoy on the lake.

In the evenings, cozy up by the fireplace and unwind with loved ones. The conversation piece outdoor furniture by the firepit provides the perfect setting for evening chats under the stars. The gorgeous loft in the cabin adds an extra layer of charm, whether it’s for extra sleeping space or just a peaceful retreat to take in the views.

PET POLICY
Sunsets on upper hay is pet friendly with prior approval, a signed pet addendum, and a fee of $50 per day. Max 2 pets allowed. Fee applied to reservation after booking is made. On top of the pet fee, there will be an additional fee starting at $150 if we deem there is damage to the property regarding your pets stay.

• Quiet hours are between the hours of 10 pm to 7 am, Sunday through Thursday; and 12 am to 7 am, Friday and Saturday. No loud music, screaming/yelling, etc.
• No parties are allowed; this includes bachelor/bachelorette, etc.
• Noise complaints will result in fines and citations from local law enforcement
