"Although I was only there for a long weekend and didn't arrive at the hotel until gone 22.00hrs on the Friday, the staff were very friendly and helpful. They recommended areas to visit and how to get to them and suggested food / drink I might like to try."
Bachleda Luxury Hotel Kraków - MGallery Collection
10/10 Excellent
"The Bachleda is an excellent boutique hotel in the heart of Krakow. All the tourist attractions are easily walkable from the hotel, but we made use of uber most evenings. The staff were extremely helpful and spoke perfect English. Very good breakfast included in the rate, but you could order whatever you wanted at extra cost. Our room was comfortable and spacious with a SuperKing sized bed and well appointed bathroom. The spa included a small pool, powerful showers, and sauna and steam rooms (no swimwear!). The bar is cosy and comfortable, and they do a nice line in house cocktails. We didn't notice any children. "
"Hotel located in a safe area but only a few minutes walk from the Main Square. It was also very quiet at night. Staff very courteous and helpful and I would recommend staying in this hotel. "
