overall stay was ok

Vey good location, we had a room with the stunning sea view. Reasonable price. Very nice and helpful lady (probably owner). I did not like the check in had to be done before 8.30 pm and no shower allowed after 10.30 pm. Overall stay was ok.

Lovely situation overlooking Bay

Well situated overlooking Bay, Approx 15 min walk from station Friendly staff and good communication. The bedroom small and comfortable. Only a small television with dodgy signal, but a small discomfort considering the great location. Very good Full English Breakfast. I would recommend SeaWaves and hope to visit again soon.

Poor penzance

We arrived at 1pm and found out there was no parking and check in was from 6pm The room was tiny uncomfortable bed and dangerous step on which my wife fell down The owners would not take debit card only cash because we were sure customers would wish to cancel later due to the poor service Please don't stay in this hotel

위치 좋고 주인부부 친절

팬잔스 바닷가 앞에 위치 주차장 따로 없음 주변에 찾아봐야하고 호텔앞은 바닷가라 자리가 잘 없음 주인부부 친절 아이 둘 네 식구 꼭대기 다락방 바다 보이는 대신 좁고 높은 계단 올라야해서 어린 아이는 부적합 공동욕실 룸과 화장실 깨끗 조식 따뜻하게 잘 나와 든든하게 먹음 트윈룸은 좋을것 같음 (공용 욕실 쓴다는거 빼고)

B&B on Penzance promenade

I had a lovely, double room, with shared bathroom. It was very clean, with really nice decoration, with WiFi, tea and coffee facilities, etc. The location was very good - just where I needed to be, and I felt welcomed, had a good nights sleep, and very nice breakfast.

Kleines Zimmer, feines Frühstück

Gastgeber freundlich und Frühstück super. Das Zimmer klein, es gab keine Möglichkeit Kleidung aufzuhängen bzw. außer ein paar Schubladen zu verstaune, aber in Sachen Preis/Leistung war es trotzdem gut.

Short stay in Penzance

We stayed in Penzance for 2 nights to see the area and og to Lands End. Lands End and St. Ives were both great experiences. Gorgeous beaches at St Ives and beatiful view at Lands End. The B&B was ok, but a small room because we were 3 people.

Good location but cramped room

We needed a place to stay for our 5 days in Cornwall and chose this venue. loved the great location but it was tiny and being based in the loft meant we were often bumping our heads and were quite squashed. also not sure it was very child friendly as someone shouted at my boys the one evening - it was before 9 pm - the bed had collapsed and this had obviously upset a neighbour. Breakfasts were super and Bernie was very friendly

Room is extremely small. Noisy area with inebriated men wandering around. No bath mat. Did have cherry yogurt available though!

Perfec at the sea front, nice hosts

Nice guesthouse perfectly located at the sea front. Friendly and hospitable hosts. Breakfast was very good. A short walk to the city centre. Swimming pool only one minute to walk.

Billigt och enkelt B&B med ett mycket litet dubbelrum. Bra värdpar som lät oss checka in trots att de inte var hemma (nyckeln låg i ett kuvert). Öronproppar kan vara bra att ha eftersom måsarna och tärnorna börja skräna redan före gryningen.
