Nestled atop a wooded dune with stunning views of Lake Michigan, this home offers a front-row seat to the ever-changing beauty of the lake—its moods, seasons, and breathtaking sunsets. The property exudes a sense of tranquility, surrounded by nature's beauty. Inside, you'll find a mix of rich wood tones and large windows, creating the feeling of being in the woods, with the lake just beyond. The main level boasts an open layout, easy access to the large lakeside deck, a full bathroom with shower, as well as two bedrooms, each with access to the deck. The second floor features the 3rd bedroom with a private balcony, a full bathroom with shower, and a loft with a twin bed and full futon.

The Duna Vista association provides access to 200 feet of pristine Lake Michigan beach—a short 5-minute walk—along with a heated saltwater pool, tennis/pickleball courts, and basketball. The association requires 2 rental documents signed and submitted prior to check in and will be emailed for e-signature.

- Stairs required(front) or ramp(back) for access to the home.
- Fully stocked kitchen. All towels/linens provided.
- Beach chairs/umbrella provided. *Please bring your own beach towels.
- Wifi, smart TV, DVD player, games.
- Deck equipped with a gas grill, patio furniture as well as a propane fire table set.
- The property has a whole house fan, but does not offer air conditioning.
- The property is PET-FREE.
