Right Downtown with Space for Everyone!

  • You can't be much closer to the action with our "Village Condo". Located on the main street, (Hancock) we are right downtown so you can walk to the shops, restaurants and beach.

    Be a part of historical Pentwater when you stay with us! When you walk into the condo you can tell the building has been standing for decades. Everywhere you look there are features to admire - from the original wood trim moulding and woodwork to the beautiful fireplaces.

    The building may be old, but the conveniences haven't been overlooked. Dishwasher, washer, dryer, full size kitchen, patio, the list goes on!
