This fully updated second floor condo is super convenient to all the island has to offer. It is a short stroll to Peg Leg Pete's and just minutes away from the Pensacola Beach Boardwalk and Casino Beach. Enjoy beautiful sunset views over the Santa Rosa Sound from your own large private balcony. Bring the fishing poles, paddle board, kayak, or just a float and enjoy the quiet water of the Sound. Walk across the street to the Gulf side to enjoy one of the most beautiful beaches anywhere. This complex also offers a huge swimming pool and tennis courts and elevator. Perfect location, beautiful views, just a few steps away from white sand and warm ocean water. We loved our stay here. Everything was as expected. I really appreciated the fragrance free cleaning supplies and toiletries that were provided. Would definitely stay again!

We stayed here last Labor Day and loved it so much we booked the same place for Labor Day weekend this year. The condo is beautiful and tastefully decorated and provisioned, the proximity to the beach is incredible, the balcony is awesome - it gives us everything we want and need in a Pensacola Beach getaway. The whole process for booking, checking in and checking out is so easy, and we were even able to check in a little early since we made better time arriving there than expected. We plan to stay here if we can whenever we visit Pensacola Beach.

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. We have stayed here before. The only things I would suggest are get a new can-opener and new bed pillows. Those are small criticisms for a great stay. The decor is very tasteful. Will be back!

Perfect getaway!
Everything was great, easy 5 min walk to beach, 2 min walk to the sound. Great view from balcony. It had everything we needed! Very clean, amenities and supplies were great! Shower pressure was lower than I like, but never ran out of hot water!

Really enjoyed the stay would highly recommend the cons was my assigned parking spot on the garage was not useable due to a kayak trailer being park there but other than that the condo was really clean and roomy the patio was very nice with beautiful views

We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay here from how beautiful and clean our condo was, to all the fun things to do in Pensacola Beach, everything so close and conveniently located!! And the Blue Angels flying by us, over us... Exciting!! The only thing that was a bummer was having to leave!! Will definitely be back again!!!

Property was perfect for my family of 4. The property was as described. Property was clean and had everything we needed. The pool was very nice. We were very glad to have it as the gulf was closed our whole stay due to weather. The view of the sound was beautiful and it is a very short walk to the beach.woukd definitely recommend and we would definitely book again!!!!

Happy Anniversary
We celebrated our wedding anniversary with a long weekend in Pensacola. The condo was the perfect setting for our long weekend! Clean, comfortable, and very convenient to all our favorite local spots, like Peg Leg's and Ft. Pickens. Loved having coffee on the balcony every morning. Would definitely book again.

First class property, clean, convenient to everything, including restaurants and gulf beach, comfortable bed, and well appointed kitchen and furnishings. Only downside was poor TV cable reception. Even after a modern restart, both TVs were very slow to boot up/start, or respond to channel changes, and was always buffeting (reloading in middle of a program). I would still rent again and overall very pleased.

Great Location!
This little condo is in a great location for couples that plan to be active. Located directly on the sound for fishing and paddle boarding, step out on path for biking or a long walk, and across street to the ocean for relaxing!!
