Welcome to Portofino Tower 1–1103 – a luxurious Gulf-front Sky Home designed for comfort, relaxation, and unforgettable views.

This spacious two-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom condo offers 1,333 square feet of living space, including a 170-square-foot private balcony where you can take in stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico and the Santa Rosa Sound. Every room has a water view, so whether you’re cooking, lounging, or waking up in the morning, you’ll be surrounded by blue skies and sparkling water.

Inside, you’ll find an open and airy floor plan, with a full kitchen, dining space, and living area designed for gathering. Both bedrooms include their own private bathrooms, plus there’s a convenient half-bath for guests. For your comfort, the condo is equipped with spacious closets, extra linens and pillows, a washer and dryer, and all the essentials to make you feel at home.

While daily housekeeping service is not provided, the unit is stocked ONCE with the following amenities. (1) Sponge • (1) Palmolive Dish Soap • (1) Surf Laundry Powder • (1) Dishwasher Detergent • (1) Regular Coffee & Decaf Coffee • (1) Condiments Kit • (1) Kitchen Towel • Paper towels (1 roll) • Facial Tissues (1 pack)

We do not provide beach or pool towels.

Cash payments are not accepted on the property for any items. Guests must provide a credit card at check-in. Resort charges can be paid directly with a credit/debit card or billed to your room number. Room charges may be settled in cash at the front desk prior to departure.

Two Tesla and Universal charging stations are available. These stations are located at Central Reception and the Lifestyle Center.

The minimum age limit to rent this unit is 25. Photo ID required at check in. Golf carts, motorcycles, R.V.s, boats, and trailers are not permitted to be driven or parked beyond the resort gates.

The view is amazing. I only wish the design of the building allowed you to see the sunrise and the sunset....but having both the Gulf side and the bay side from your balcony... chef's ! The beach was literally steps away and no chore at all. We biked one day to the secluded part of the beach...so beautiful and pristine and the amenities are so great! Would definitely stay again, hopes are in the near future!
