Here’s what to expect: Cleanliness is a top priority for travelers. We use a Professional Cleaning Service to ensure that every corner of your rental is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment.
Your vacation property is supplied with two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo and bath soap enough for the first 24 hours. Also, a starter supply of paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, and dish soap.
Each unit has clean bedding, bath towels (beach towels upon request) and a fully stocked kitchen.
All units are provided with smart televisions. You are encouraged to bring your own streaming log in information as you may be more familiar and comfortable with their operation.
Check-in time: Between 3:00 and 5:00 Check-out time: 10:00 These times are strictly enforced to allow for preparation of our next arrival. All guests and belongings must be out of the unit as housekeeping arrives promptly to prepare for the next guest. Late departures must be authorized by ECG and are not permitted in the summer months.
Important Reservation Requirements
Due to insurance liability requirements, renter must be 25+ years of age. *This property is NOT AVAILABLE for rent to those under the age of 25. No Exceptions.* Please note the following requirements to complete your reservation: Government-issued photo identification is required at check-in. Guests must review and sign the Rental Agreement at check-in.
To finalize your reservation, you are required to review and sign our one-page Rental Agreement. This document outlines the house rules, check-in and check-out procedures, and helps ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for both parties.
Important Information
No Events. There is a Ring doorbell on the front exterior. If the maximum occupancy is exceeded, you may be subject to immediate eviction and forfeiture of all booking charges. Guests shall not have parties or events at the home.
No Pets Allowed. No smoking - No Vaping Property- this includes balconies and patio. Emerald Isle HOA allows Max 2 guest parking spots, 1 Parking Spot During High Season
**Effective August 11, 2025, Emerald Isle has two elevators, one elevator will be replaced due to a long-term modernization project. The project is scheduled for completion by March 2026.
Snowbird Rentals Accepted.
Cancellation Policies: Holiday reservations are non-refundable, Blue Angels, 4th of July, Christmas, New Years Eve, Thanksgiving, Easter, Memorial Day, Labor Day and Mardi Gras.
Bad weather is Non-refundable unless a mandatory evacuation order is set for the beach you are staying on.
Hurricane Policy: REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE GIVEN IN THE EVENT OF MANDATORY EVACUATIONS RELATED TO HURRICANES IN THE AREA YOU ARE STAYING. You are encouraged to purchase travel insurance to cover any other weather-related cancellations. If state or local authorities order a mandatory evacuation of an area that includes the Premises, Guest must comply with that order.
Travelers who cancel a least 60 days before check in will get 100% of the amount paid. Cancellations between 30 and 60 days you will get 50% of the amount paid. No refunds will be given if cancellation is made less than 30 days of your arrival date. Again, we recommend Travel Insurance.
