Located just a short stroll from the sugar-white sands of Pensacola Beach, this beautifully updated condo offers incredible water views and a host of amenities that make every day feel like vacation. Whether you're heading to the beach, relaxing by one of the largest pools on the island, or launching a kayak from the private dock, there's something here for everyone.

Enjoy your morning coffee spotting dolphins, pelicans, herons, osprey, and even eagles from the expansive patio, and wind down in the evening with live music from Peg Leg Pete’s, just next door. From your covered lanai, take in the sparkling lights of Pensacola Sound while enjoying the sea breeze.

Inside, the condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests:

Perfect spot for a small family to enjoy Pensacola Beach! Loved the patio and bunks for the kids. The beach was just a short walk- community pool was beautiful and large. Plenty of towels available and we loved that there was even a beach cart with chairs and tons of beach essentials!! The host was very responsive when we had one issue (which ended up being a total user error on our part). Will definitely consider staying here again if we return to this beautiful area!

The place was nice, balcony was great and kept the high wind at bay- and do keep in mind that it overlooks a very large lawn of grass and then the bay. On the first day we had a water concern but figured out that the hot water was to the left after they came to check it out (super responsive so kudos) but then even though we had hot water for the second shower- it only lasted a couple minutes at a time which was a bit frustrating. Overall it was good aside from that.

This is our second year in a row. The spot is perfect, with super close proximity to the beach. There is a huge pool on property too, which the kids love. The hosts are thoughtful annd easy to reach, they even include beach chairs/wagon that makes it even more convenient. The space is quaint but works perfect for our family!

Directions to the condominium were spot on. Check in was a simple process with the lock right outside the door in a lock box. Any questions we had were answered promptly by the owners. The balcony is a beautiful spot to chill with view of the water and ample seating for five or six people. The unit was very clean when we checked in and we tried to keep it that way while there. The owners have a closet that contains plenty of beach gear including chairs.Pig Leg Pete's is an easy walk away as described. There are several other eating establishments, a very short drive away. The pool is really nice and well maintained with many loungers. The beach is across the street but we would usually drive down the road about a mile where the county has a location with picnic shelters for eating and grilling. There's also a larger building in that area with bathrooms and changing areas.We also enjoyed the boardwalk area in Pensacola and the Seanger Theater in downtown Pensacola where we enjoy the concert by the group Lake Street Dive. It is a wonderful location all the way around and if you ever think of staying in Pensacola, the unit we rented is great.

The condo was great, everything we needed was there, up dated appliances great view clean and ready to go. We ate breakfast every morning on the balcony, great view and very peaceful. The bed was very comfortable…slept very well. The door operation and initial entry was a little confusing at first (maybe code entry like some of the other condos could be updated) I got the feeling our host was a little put off by my questions. Overall we had a great time.

I was excited about this property given the high rating, location, and fair price. However, upon arrival at 6:00, I noticed a single small roach near the trashcan. I dismissed it as a one-off and cleaned it up. After returning from dinner around 7:00, I turned on the lights and saw 10–15 roaches on the floor near the trashcan, even though no food trash had been placed there. Most were small, with a couple medium-sized. When I checked under the sink, I found a large bottle of roach spray, suggesting this wasn’t a new issue. After spraying, I noticed several more on the counter, appearing to come from the outlet where my AirPods were charging. I sprayed again, but was left with dead insects and no way to disinfect the area. I contacted the property manager, who assured me the unit had just been cleaned, the property is treated quarterly, and that they have never received complaints before. While I believe that may be true given the strong overall ratings, my experience was different, and I shared photos with the manager for reference. His reply, “I can’t really tell what those are.” I tried to diffuse the situation and tell him that I do believe that this is an excellent property, but unfortunately, this particular stay is not excellent. He gets unprofessional and that’s when I stop. I believe once they resolve the issue. It will be a wonderful day once again. I was just not comfortable with staying and preparing food and that situation.

It's a great place to stay - clean, convenient, and just the right amount of space. The walk to the beach couldn't be easier. For quick access, it was perfect.Check-in was a little tricky because the key lockbox was not really working, but Stephanie came to help me within a few minutes of sending her a message. Close to Fort Pickens and Gulf Islands National Seashore - Which was the reason for our stay. Ate at Peg Leg Pete's! The kids loved the rv bunk beds and the king bed was comfortable. Nice to have the extra toilet room. Pretty view on the spacious balcony and glad we were so close to the pool. Doors took somengetting used to figuring out how to unlock and open..maybe thats just me!
