Beachside luxury at its finest! Portside Villas unit 1 is part of our Signature Collection.

Portside Villas Unit #1 is the ideal spot for a family getaway! This stunning end-unit townhouse condo sits right on the Gulf of Mexico, offering a comfortable stay for up to nine guests. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and a full-size sleeper sofa, situated on the third level alongside a bunkbed room with two sets of twin bunkbeds and a full bath. The main level houses a generous kitchen and dining space, a large living room, and a third bedroom with another king-size bed. Although there's no cable, each room is equipped with a smart TV. The garage contains a variety of beach and outdoor activity gear for your use, including a grill for outdoor cooking. With tennis/pickleball courts and a pool provided by the association, and the beach just steps away, it's a perfect coastal retreat. Located on the quiet end of Fort Pickens Road, you will find a less crowded beach and the perfect relaxing atmosphere. The free Pensacola Beach Trolley runs from Memorial Day through Labor Day (and there is a stop just across the street) so it's easy to venture down to the main hub of the beach for dining, shopping and entertainment. History buffs will love how close this unit is the to Fort Pickens National Park, and downtown Pensacola is just a short drive away. Music lovers are sure to find live music most nights at various locations on the beach. If the water is what you're looking for you will find plenty of things to do, from dolphin cruises and deep-sea fishing excursions to parasailing and jet ski rentals. There is something to keep everyone entertained!

Perfect relaxing vacation home!

Everything was as advertised, gated and very clean on the outside and inside. The check in process was a breeze and management answered all questions as fast as we asked them. Just a short walk to the beach! Would book again!

Great Place!

This place is definitely one of the nicest places in Pensacola we have ever stayed at, out of 6 times down there this is a great place. Lots of room, plenty of space, the garage is incredibly nice, outdoor shower, mattresses all good, ac units (2) we’re phenomenal, lots of games for the kids on Rainey days and plenty of chairs downstairs for the beach 10 out of 10

Excellent Location & Beautiful Property

The townhome was lovely and very spacious with excellent access to the beach. The property management company responded quickly and efficiently with any concerns and met us onsite at check-in. The kitchen was well stocked with all things needed to cook and clean and the ice machine was a big hit! The property is in the less crowded area of the island which made for a peaceful stay and no crowds on the beach. Overall 10/10 stay!

Perfect week at the beach

Very rarely do we rent a place at the beach and it turned out to be better than what we expected but that’s what happened! We have rented a lot of homes, condos, etc., on the Gulf of Mexico (America) in the last 40 years and that is hands-down, the best equipped with everything we needed!. Very spacious, clean, beautiful decor with all the comforts of home with a magnificent view so close to water! Nephew and grandson call Pompano fish right off the shore! It was a perfect week! Laura, the representative Realtor that meet us was so personable and answered all my questions! We will be back! It was a great experience!

Excellent location, super comfortable and well supplied beach pad

excellent location, 8 adults, used grill w/ excellent kitchen, except coffee maker (Bunn) - could not get it to function. Great deck, bedrooms , bathrooms - all perfect. Never felt crowded. All beds - extremely comfortable ! Kitchen well supplied W/ all necessary utensils. Didn't use TV's - because other people were on the network (too many users)

Beautiful rental, quiet location

This was our 3rd visit to Pensacola and our 3rd time staying at one of the Portside villas. This particular rental is very private and not connected like the other villas. I love this location for the quiet and the beach is never crowded. The pictures really don’t do this property justice. My only gripe was the bunk beds, the space between the top and bottom bunk seemed odd. We had 2 teenage boys that stayed in that room and they opted to sleep on the top bunks. The company that manages this property Surfside Properties is wonderful. They dropped off cookies prior to checkout (which I never got to try because the 2 boys ate them all). We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Great home, great location

Couldn't have asked for more. This unit had everything we needed. Great bunk room for the kids, plenty of seating, great well stocked kitchen, great location, quiet neighborhood. We have stayed in the area before anywhere from Pensacola to Fort Morgan. This location is perfect. Quiet, not to crowded beaches but minutes away from grocery stores, restaurants, Fort Pickens, etc. The home was clean, cozy, and had everything we could have asked for and more. Would definitely stay here again. The communication and customer service was also excellent. Thanks for a great stay!

Great family vacation

This space was at the perfect location for access to the beach. The private beaches are beneficial during the busy season, since the public beach is right next to the property. The beach views are visible from the master overlooking the house behind you on the balcony. This location offered a peaceful cozy stay without all of the crowds on the main strip. They have all the items you would need to cook and feel like you were at home, just with a better view. The best part, THEY HAVE FANS IN EACH ROOM for you sleeping bliss! THIS, was a HUGE bonus for us since we are fan sleepers! We will definitely be back soon! I left my cream frother for the next guests to use to have your own coffee shop with lattes on the beach right at home.
