This property is clean and comfortable. We felt right at home as soon as we walked in. The condo is well-furnished, and the beds were comfortable. The owner provided wonderful communication, answering any questions we had quickly and clearly. He even personally went to the condo to check for my son’s lost World Series championship ring. Although it was not located, it was clear that he was trying his absolute best to help. We are rule followers at our core, and I appreciate order, but be aware there is an HOA along permanent residents who live in these condos who nitpick. Numerous families on my son’s baseball team decided to stay at the same complex, and it felt like we couldn’t enjoy our large group the way we have in the past.All of this to say, I would stay in this unit again if it were only my family, but I would not recommend this complex for large groups.

Condo was exactly as described, and Brian was quick to respond. The location is perfect- short walk to Native Cafe, Paradise, and Bonsai. We saw three dolphins and three ospreys carrying fish from our balcony on the 15th floor.

EXCELLENT… beach, view, location, amenities and host! Absolutely perfect viewing of the Blue Angels from our balcony!

2025 Pensacola vacation

We had a great time visiting Pensacola. Brian was great responding to any questions we had. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The location was great, close to everything. You won’t be disappointed, enjoy!

A Great Vacation Rental!

The condo was exactly as advertised, very clean, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay! The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable, and we loved the view from our balcony! This was the first time we had ever booked a condo, the process was easy, and the host was very quick to respond to our questions.

We would absolutely book this condo again! The hosts were so thoughtful and attentive. They thought of every detail down to beach gear (including a portable speaker and Turkish beach towels—my personal favorite!), all the kitchen amenities, and shower essentials. The view and location were a dream! We can’t wait to go back!

Excellent condo

Great location and experience. The condo was very clean and cozy. The beds were comfortable and the showers had excellent pressure. The view from the balcony was exceptional. We even had the pleasure of seeing the blue angels do their first beach buzz of the year. It was amazing. There were plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Great experience and will plan to rent again in the future.

Great Place

We love this location and this unit was great. The owner was very responsive and helpful. He gave us his cell and responded in one minute to any question. There was a Mardi Gras parade in town that we were unaware of and he gave us a heads up that the Road would be closed. He was very helpful.

5 Stars – Clean, Comfortable, and Well-Maintained StayWe had a great experience here. The property was spotless upon arrival, and everything was well-maintained and exactly as described. This 15th-floor condo provided an unforgettable vacation experience. The views alone were worth the stay, and the comfortable (well cleaned) and well-equipped condo made it even better. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing beach getaway. Waking up to coffee on the balcony while looking out over the Gulf was what dreams are made of! The Host was so great and accommodating! We really enjoyed our time and wish it were longer! We will be back!!

Absolutely Perfect Beach Getaway!

Our stay at this beach condo was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning gulf views, the pristine cleanliness, and the thoughtful touches throughout the space. The condo was beautifully decorated, well-equipped with everything we needed, and just steps away from the beach. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying coffee on the private balcony was a dream. It was so nice to enjoy the hot tub after a long walk on the beach. The location is perfect—close to great restaurants (there is an awesome breakfast spot right across the street!), shops, and local attractions, yet peaceful and relaxing. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a stress-free vacation. We can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend!
