"The stay was wonderful and I definitely will be returning but there were a few problems.
The water pressure in the shower changed over night and the pressure reduced significantly. In addition, the detachable shower head didnāt work and the heater for the jacuzzi didnāt work either. Stay was everything I could imagine and more but was disappointed by the jacuzzi not being able to be used for a chunk of the stay.
Also, thank you to the staff that helped me carry my suitcase up and down the trail! And thanks to Rocky for being so energetic."

"I will start off saying the view was amazing. Nothing else is good. The place is a house that is mismanaged and filthy. It's not a resort. There is garbage and junk all over. See pics. Our room was never cleaned and had dirty sheets. We insisted that they changed the sheets. No restaurant. No parking. We parked at a neighboring property, Gretel.No access to the water. No breakfast although it was supposed to be included"
