We truly loved every minute of our stay. The excellent service, the pool views and good food exceed our expectations. It’s a modern building in minutes distance to quatape. We stayed here for three nights, highly recommended!

Great stay, nice hotel - location is great. Hotel just opened so a bit of kinks here and there - warmly recommend. Staff is very friendly and trying hard. Water level was down about 10m due to El Nino. Still great but worrisome longer term with global warming. I think most of the negative reviews were early after opening also this is probably not a destination for north Americans used to vanilla Hilton type stay. Things are different outside of the USA.

Property is beautiful but basic service level is low. Shower in room did not have hot water on 2 occasions, front desk staff were unfriendly.

Luxe By The Charlee is a beautiful resort. The views of the lake are incredible. The staff was very welcoming and serviceable. We will go back.
