"The service in Casa Rose is amazing, the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. They try their best to help you had a wonderful visit in El Carmen. This hotel also has the best shower I had in all of Colombia. The beds are comfortable and the hotel just has a wonderful vibe. Very walkable and staff are helpful to organize transport if needed. "The hotel is small with about 7 rooms which was nice. The young man Maricio at the front desk was super helpful and nice and the women who cooked breakfast and cleaned were the same. Breakfast was simple and the same every day but certainly enough and good. The decor is fun and felt very homey. Beautiful view from the balconeys over looking the gorgeous mountains. A short (10-15 minutes walk through the town to the center. Very clean comfortable nice place. Recommend. "
