"Staff are welcoming. Room was clean. Special shoutout to the staff who’s on the late shifts at the sky lounge (can’t remember his name but starts with letter M) who made us feel welcome with our stay. Breakfast was good - could do with a bigger space as it was packed throughout morning (but we did get seated)."
