Great location, a couple quirks

First off, the location is great to experience this portion of Portugal and at a great value to the options closer in Peniche. The listing is accurate and had no complaints about that. Just be aware, this house is completely stocked and decorated with Ikea everything. Meaning the furniture, although functional is not really that comfortable. Also, the kitchen is stocked, but don’t expect to be able to create any complex meals with what is provided. Again, function but not the best. Finally, the backyard really does have a lot to offer and the pictures are very accurate. This was our second reason for booking this stay. Again, pay attention to the fact that it is a “shared” space and there are maybe 3-4 rentals on this property. Plus, the owner who does not live here seems to be using the space almost nightly with their extended family. Though they are very nice, it does leave you feeling a little like you are invading their space when you go to use the yard. Overall, it was a good stay. Just be sure to have your expectations set accurately.
