「Easy to access to/from Manchester airport. I spend 2 nights arrived and depart day. Room was super clean, staff are so polite and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel to spend the night before early departure day. Executive lounge is so useful to nibble some snacks at night time, also morning time, you can have some fruit and croissant. That was awesome. My kids love it.」

「We had a suite which was miles from reception up and down stairs plus the signage was poor and confusing. Reception had a care less attitude when I overheard another guest explaining their issue. Equally they didn’t care that someone had been smoking in our room and cigarette ash was on the carpet and the window frame. The bed throw was disgusting and not to be explicit I’ll leave it at that. 」

「Entire property well maintained clean Breakfast buffet style seemed a little over priced Reception staff and room attendants were fabulous Spa underwhelming more akin to a gym facility which is the main use perhaps but none the less clean not crowded and convenient and good value as included in room price 」

「Spa was lovely and enjoyable. However my room smelled of stale smoke, the bathroom had mould round bath. No air con and window did not open. When I reached up to try and open it was very dusty. No mini fridge. At the bar I was the only customer, i said i was sat outside (in view of the bar) but drink did not arrive. When i went in, it was just sat unattended on the bar. Felt overall a little disappointed. Chose not to stay a second night. 」
