「Nobody at the property when we arrived, had to wait 10 minutes for the housekeeping lady to arrive. She was great and very apologetic. Room was freezing on arrival.」

There was quite a few opened jars, tubs and dry cooking ingredients in the fridge and cupboard. The room is comfortably furnished, could do with another arm chair. 「The service was great, though my suggestion is that it is difficult to pair with an extended stay when you booked a short stay. The long-stay owners were extremely loud on the last day. Overall, a three-star from me, just because the service was good.」

「I have stayed here many times. The location is extremely good being very close to the centre of town. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and very clean with good ensuite bathrooms. Hair dryer & ironing equipment available if needed. The wi fi is extremely good & free which is more than can be said for Premier Inns. The staff here are excellent being friendly & very helpful and available 24 hrs a day. Parking is safe & convenient. Lovely comfortable bar with a good choice of excellent meals...

「We arrived to no one around and after walking around the property finally saw an envelope with our name on it and our key. Our room smelt moldy and damp. The carpet was dirty and the walls were peeling. The beds were very uncomfortable. It was shocking to see after such a high rating. The yard was unkempt and there was a general air of neglect about the whole place. 」

Im Zimmerkühlschrank gab es frische Milch, eine Flasche Wasser und frisches Gebäck. Mit dem Auto ist man ganz schnell an der Steilküste. Ich fand das B&B total schön!!」
