"This was one of the dirtiest hotel rooms I have ever been given. The bathtub had what appeared to be human waste and hair in it, the toilet seat had urine on it, bugs were inside the light fixture, and the room clearly had not been cleaned. We also paid for a Premium Room upgrade that advertised upgraded bedding and snacks which were not provided. The stairwell smelled strongly of marijuana and the hot tub we specifically booked for closes at 9pm and appeared poorly maintained. Completely unacceptable. Photos of these conditions have been documented."

"Such a great place somewhat secluded. Very quiet, great amenities, fun times. Was there to play in a tennis tournament & was able to stay focused, rest, refresh. "

"Oh my goodness, how do I describe it! It was a little slice of heaven! The outside lights, the details of my place! I loved everything!!! The shower was amazing. There was so much room to make it my home for 3 days!!! I definitely recommend it for a peaceful relaxing stay!"
