Rooms were nice & clean. Lobby & restaurant areas had an artsy urban vibe. Very nice staff!

You book this hotel for the location. Amenities, service are ok. People are friendly and willing to help but some thing are just the way they are. AC don’t work all the time, when it did it produced a high pitched noise, there was this flashing light right above the bed that was seemingly random in its blinking pattern sometimes really bright other times not noticeable. Our first room had a view of construction equipment, second room on floor 10 was a lot better. TV stopped working after first night, two asks to fix nothing changed. It was really nice to be able to drink from the taps in the bathroom.

My stay for one night at the Plaza was magical. Constantly seeing tourists stopping to have their photo taken out front, made feel so lucky to be a guest in one of the worlds most famous hotels.

I was placed in a handicap accessible room, which I wasn't aware of nor was I told until I checked in to the room. the water pressure in the shower was abysmal and the TV turned on by itself in the morning. also the curtain rod to close the darkening curtains broke, so it was bright from the midtown / Times Square lights all night.

Exceptional guest experience from the staff. Clean rooms and quiet.
