「Elevator was too slow and bathroom too small. Toilet roll quality was shocking. Need more training to Front Staff / Reception of the 1st Floor one. Need more competency and courtesy manners. 」

「The hotel was great. Good value for money. Clean the staff very friendly happy and helpful. I could not have asked for much more. The only very very small negative was no cable TV so I did not have any English channels. But I did not come to Indonesia to watch TV I came to see the city and the location is very good for food and pretty close to the city centre. Taxis are cheap here too if you use the grab app. 」
「No shampoos /soap and small towels. Had to go to indomart at midnight to get shampoo and soap to shower. Room is clean and spacious but everything is outdated. Under bed was so dusty. Breakfast was a bit disappointing. Food was only left a little bit and cold and not even warm. Orange juice was 」
"great facility and location. prestigeous environment and very good hospitality from staff. overall very high quality. only two issues during stay, 1. pool dining too slow(had to cancel aft 50minutes delivery) 2. rotary noise during midnight and early morning very loud (not sure whether construction or traffic..)
