Was a bit disappointed by some of the new front end staff n 2 new ladies upfront.Instead of being accommodating as a foreign guest i was not 100 percent happy with my room ...i was told i booked thru expedia and if i didnt like my room i need to rebook directly or pay the difference to her as they did not receive the full amount what i paid online. Also i would need to pay for breakfast in a standard room. This was disheartening because i stayed here before and had such a pleasant experience and even complimentary breakfast. Although this occurred, on my 2nd day the GM contacted me via WhatsApp to address my concerns and even had a manager on staff to talk to me. They then moved me to a room upstairs to rectify the issue and apologize for front desk. This is the reason i stay at the cabin hotel. Although it didnt start as a positive experience they turned it around to make it a better one.

We stayed an extra two days due to a delay in travel plans. This time we moved into a smaller villa that was just as great as our first. The hot tin was wonderful and the food was great. We are looking forward to staying here again in the near future!

The location is absolutely excellent on top of the hill. We loved that, the staff were so helpful, accommodating, friendly and couldn't do enough for us. They made our stay the best they could. I got there and was told they didn’t receive my booking from Expedia and also the hotel is fully booked. I haven’t received any refund yet but this is not right coming all the way just to be stranded and loosing extra money
