「Friendly staff who go beyond the extra mile to make your stay comfortable. Good spread for breakfast. No major issues for the hotel for me apart from the slow lifts. Otherwise good value for money and I would definitely stay again if I return to Pekanbaru. Great job!」

「The hotel is a bit remote from the center of the city but is located in a very quiet area. I truly enjoyed my 6-day stay and felt always comfortable. Staff are all always very kind and friendly, and speak English well. Staff members at the reception willingly called a taxi for me (Across the street in front of the hotel, Blue Bird taxis are usually waiting) and kindly told me where convenience stores are (Actually, there are several small grocery stores and local restaurants near the hotel, but...

「I had a great stay in this hotel (again), it’s nice and clean and the people there are kind and serviceminded. Facilities to make tea/coffee, free bottled of water every day and fridge in the room. Fair price. 」

「外からクラブミュージックが朝まで聞こえ寝れませんでした。朝方にはコーランが鳴り響きますが、コーラン以上の音量です。
また、部屋のドアも故障しており、中に入らなくなりました。すぐに対応してくれたものの事前に確認いただきたかったです。」
