"Excellent hotel with beautiful view points from the restaurant. Knowledgeable staff of surrounding area and festivals. Also helpful in going that extra mile to ensure comfortable stay. We wish we had booked 2 nights instead of 1."

"We were checked-in 1 hr earlier - thanks. Requested for additional toilet rolls, which were delivered next day. There were no hand towels, which were also delivered the next day. Tried the massage facility, but the extension number published was wrong, and nobody picked up for couple of hours. Reception then provided the correct extension. Nobody at the health centre could provide the pricing. Finally the manager rang back after 3 hours to arrange for an appointment. They did give a small discount for the inconvenience. The dinner lounge is beautiful and the food and the service is very good."
