"It's certainly very unique in its Gothic style and very spacious, close to everything. but we found dust in corners and on some selves, the storage room was full of cleaning stuff and smelled like mold....also even it is only 4 miniutes walk from the ferry, with its location at the top of the hill and to carry big suitcases along the pebble stone road all the way up to check in is no fun at all."

The communication from the host was very detailed and they accommodated our early check in request. "Excellent location and very close to town and restaurants. There is an incline to get to the property if you are walking from the train station which is only 7-10 mins. However, it is not that bad. The property is easy to access. There are a few items that needed repair while we stayed. there are no toiletries in the apartment so make sure you have enough shampoo and soaps. Also we had ants everywhere in the apartment. It was not a big deal. We just placed all of our food in the refrigerator....

"This apartment/condo seems like it was recently updated and was very comfortable. The view from the balcony was amazing. Our only note is that you really should have a car to stay at this location. Walking to town involves walking for ~150 meters on the edge of the main road, which seemed dangerous while doing it. Also, DO NOT try to walk with luggage from the ferry."

"We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Andrea’s apartment. It was even nicer in person than in the photos. The view of the lake was amazing from all the windows, it's amazing to have a shower with a view. "We had a very positive experience staying here. The property manager was responsive to our questions and requests. Updated kitchen, air conditioning, wash machine and garage stall were appreciated. It was close to a grocery store and cheese shop - nice walking distance to restaurants, shops and the coast. "I would not stay here if I rebooked this vacation. Negative: The apartment was clean enough but didn’t feel professionally cleaned. The finishes in the unit were low quality. Every morning we enjoyed a lovely breakfast on the balcony with views of the lake. You have to walk roughly 4 to 5 minutes down to a carpark where you can catch a small train to Bellagio town centre. Stunning views, exceptional staff and service
"This was one of the best experiences we've had so far, absolutely stunning hotel from top to bottom. The service provided was exceptional, the ladies Joy and Letizia went out thier way to help us in everything we needed. They had a shuttle service which picked us up from the city and dropped us back to the hotel which was a huge help. On check out, they even dropped our bags to us whilst we explored the Bellagio area which was above and beyond. Genuinely a wonderful experience and would 100% visit again in the future."
