We had a lovely week staying at the Tepekan Heritage. The facilites were great, the staff were wonderful. We would highly recommend it. Away ftom the hustle and bustle with easy access to town.

2 bed villa was nice. Only downside is the 2 rooms are not connected internally, ie. You have to go outside to get to the other room. Also, kitchen is outside. Restaurant is great. Staff fantastic.

Poor service

It is a good hotel. The attached restaurant is terrible that they take more than an hour to serve pizza. There were only 3 people at the restaurant and they are too slow. Apart from that, any site seeing places like beach, temple are too far. I don’t recommend this hotel.

Unterkunft mit schöner gepflegter Gartenanlage und Pool. Die Zimmer sind abgesehen von den Flecken auf der Bettdecke, dem muffigen Geruch, Bettmatratze (hatte auf einer Stelle eine Vertiefung) nett eingerichtet, mangelnde Ablagemöglichkeiten (z.b. Hacken für Handtücher) und somit für wenige tage okay. Roomservice musste auf das abräumen des schmutzigen Geschirrs hingewiesen werden. Auf die Bäder muss mehr Fokus gelegt werden, nur Teilüberdachung, schwarze Wände, wirken sehr ungepflegt, positiv zu erwähnen ist das warme Wasser. Am Pool und Restaurant riecht es oft nach abgasen durch vorbei fahrende Roller. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker jedoch der Umgebung geschuldet etwas teurer.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft in Uluwatu/Bali! Die kleinen Häuschen waren sehr komfortable eingerichtet. Alles wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, auch das Badezimmer draußen war sehr cool. Umgebung war sehr ruhig, nicht direkt im Trubel von Uluwatu, jedoch nur 10 minuten mit dem Bike von all dem entfernt. Ausleihen war direkt im Hotel möglich. Essen war sehr lecker und sehr preisgünstig. Pool super zum entspannen. Service und Personal sehr freundlich. Wir würden auf jeden fall wieder kommen!

Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Anlage mit Pool und einem super lieben Team/Service. Nur die kleinen Hütten sind leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und müssten hier und da etwas renoviert werden. Neue Bettwäsche sollte unbedingt besorgt werden. Alte Flecken die nicht raus gehen und gelbliche Kopfkissenbezüge machen nicht gerade nen super Eindruck auch wenn sie gewaschen waren. Ansonsten gibt es nix zu meckern, Frühstück war eine sehr schöne Auswahl und auch super lecker und das Ambiente stimmt. Goldig war auch der Kellner der versucht hat mit uns deutsch zu sprechen. 🙏

Hele leuke huisjes, prima zwembad en restaurant. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, en op een prima locatie in Uluwatu (alles in 15 minuten te bereiken met een GoJek). Helaas had het hotel geen wasservice en moesten consumpties in het restaurant meteen worden afgerekend en konden deze niet op de kamerrekening worden gezet. Maar dat waren dan ook maar de enige twee kleine verbeterpunten.

chambre aspect particulier mais du bruit noise à la piscine jusqu'à mon intervention ( 2 hours am ) et ceci à coté du personnel de service ! demande de location de 2 roues réalisé très tardivement, véhicule no safety ( light et brake ) demande de changement de véhicule, cout supérieur à une location classique ( + 200 000 rm) petit déjeuner compris dans la location et puis c'est non ! surcout demandé pour la location du 2 roues, bref vous avez compris , c'est sans plus ...
