Parking for 2 vehicles is available on the property. Free parking nearby. Additional information: Gîte located in a development of 8 houses, near the owners' home. The garage is not accessible to holidaymakers. Babette and Jean warmly welcome you to their gîte "Le Pré Labas," just 600m from the village of Péaule and its shops. This carefully furnished gîte offers all modern comforts in a friendly and peaceful atmosphere. The enclosed garden invites you to relax: a perfect place to enjoy the sun or share an al fresco meal. Between countryside and coastline, Péaule captivates with its peaceful atmosphere and lush green landscapes. Its typically Breton streets, lined with stone houses, reveal the charm of the Morbihan region. Here, you'll find a prime starting point for beautiful hikes or bike rides along the wooded trails of the Vilaine River or to the coastal paths. Nearby, discover the beaches of Billiers and Damgan. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour hivernal avec nos deux enfants (2 ans et bébé) dans ce logement très bien équipé, propre et confortable. Nous avons pu profiter des alentours (la Roche Bernard, le parc de Branféré, les illuminations de Rochefort en Terre). Les hôtes sont très accueillants. Nous recommandons cette location!
