Great stay. The room was amazing value for the price. The pool is very nice. The beach is around a 30 minute walk away so it was easy to walk over to spend the day by the water.

J’aime cet hôtel appartement je n’avais jamais dormi là-bas mais j’ai fait le bon choix et j’y reviendrai d’en pas très longtemps et je le recommande à ceux qui veulent aller faire un séjour à la baule Très propre et spacieux piscine ok salle de sport ok Pas loin de la plage et commerces et restaurants à pied et l’hôtel propose ok de se restaurer à des prix corrects

Personnel a l'ecoute et disponible a tout moment. Petit déjeuné en buffet tres copieux, sucré, salé. La piscine de l'hotel top l'eau est toujours tiède, donc meme s'il ne fait pas tres beaux, on peut toujours se baigner. Le sauna et la salle de sport sont tres propres Les plages a proximités sont belles propres agréables. Des commerces proches de l'hôtel ( lidl, carrefour...)

Dans l’ensemble correct juste gros point négatif pour le room service ou nous sommes tombé au téléphone sur une dame très désagréable. Ce qui n’était pas le cas de la personne qui nous apporte le repas qui était charmante.

Mon séjour aurait pu être excellent si je n'avais pas rencontré deux gros problèmes le premier ma carte ne fonctionnait pas dans toutes les activités j'étais obligé de chercher toujours quelqu'un pour m'ouvrir la porte surtout celle du sauna Aussi mettre un peu plus d'affiches les gens ne font attention à rien le sauna était régulièrement ouvert quand on voulait l'utiliser donc une fois à l'intérieur la chaleur n'était pas à son maximum l'autre problème que j'ai eu et un problème très important j'avais un grand lit cependant deux matelas mais des matelas différents donc on sentait bien le milieu... un qui était dur et l' autre mou on sentais trop la différence de ce côté-là j'ai très mal dormi et j'ai eu des problèmes de dos à part ça tout était parfait le personnel le petit-déjeuner et les activités qu'il y avait... Quelques points a améliorer cependant Merci

Sejour d une nuit . Fete de la musique . 21 06 .25 Hotel hors du centre ville . Tres facile d acces en voiture . Acceuil tres agreable et souriant . Proposition de serviettes pour la piscine . Ouverte jusqu'à 22h . Présentation des équipements. Parfait. La chambre est spacieuse, propre .bouilloure cafe tasse dans la chambre . Salle d eau spacieuse. Wc .et siege douche poyr handicapés. Climatisation. Petit dej a volonte et un personnel tres gentils et avenants . Un seul bemol , notre chambre avaitbune fenetre qui donnait sur l entree du bâtiment. Des gens peu delicats , qui rentraient de lq fete de la musique ont fait du bruits . L hotel n y ait pour rien . La piscine est parfaite pour 3 brasses et se rafraichir. Voys n y restere pas, elle est petite mais suffisante. Hotel parfait pour un petit sejour à la baule . Confort et efficacité, practicite propre .et professionnel .
