The room and everything about this hotel was fantastic. Breakfasts were really really nice. The staff was very polite and courteous would recommend it to anyone and everyone.

I had corner unit so I overlooked at Bay great firework show on Friday night from Balcony loud cruisers in evening with blaring music heard all the way up to 16th floor not in properties control, Shopping Ala Moana mall almost attached convenient bridge to walk across with out have to cross streets

Odd request to turn off AC everytime we leave the unit..we like to come back from a beach day to a cold place. Pillows were the worst. Great location and close to many restaurants

Staff was awesome & property very relaxing.

For me as long as the room, sheets, towels, and bathroom are clean then I consider it a good hotel to stay for the price. The room was only where I slept and to get ready so I wasn’t looking for a lot of amenities. Staff was pleasant and helpful when I had questions. It was a plus that the room did not have a musty, damp smell like other hotels.
