Our Beach Shack consists of 2 x retro semi-detached holiday houses, bookable separately (Wattle and Lilly Pilly). This is the listing for both.
Suitable to a maximum of 8 adults or up to 12 with kids. Well behaved pets are allowed.
Whilst the property can comfortably sleep four families, it will be a cozy fit, with two modest size living areas and two bathrooms and two kitchens. The feature of the property is the backyard which includes a back deck, fire pit, Petanque court and outdoor shower.
Retro furnishings, comfy beds, and we’ve included creature comforts such as air-con, WiFi, Netflix and a coffee machine.
Note that our back neighbour is currently building and there may or may not be some noise during your stay.
Quiet, serene, and magical Pearl Beach is the perfect destination for guests wanting a relaxing holiday within easy reach of Sydney. The beautiful dog-friendly beach is only a 2 minute walk. The cafe, restaurant, tennis courts, kids playground, arboretum, and incredible bush walks are also close by.
The feature is the back deck and yard. Most of our time (and likely yours) will be spent out back enjoying the sounds of the birds and crashing waves. The deck includes two table settings. BBQ, and beach ‘toys’ and amenities in the back shed, including kayaks, beach wagon, sandcastle buckets & spades, body boards, snorkelling gear, beach cricket set, lawn games (Klop, Bocce), kids bikes and helmets.
Wattle semi includes:
- Master bedroom and second bedroom have queen beds, while the third bedroom has 2 sets of single bunk beds.
- Open plan original kitchen, dining and living space contains a flat screen TV, cosy lounges, and 8 seat dining.

All linen, towels and bed making included for all guests.
Supplies: There are some starting supplies including tea, instant coffee, sugar, soap, laundry and dishwashing supplies. For extended stays, we ask that you remember to bring extra provisions. Bring your own coffee beans for the coffee machine.
