"This house was a perfect fall getaway with two teens. We all loved the access to the lake and the views were great. Kayaks were a bonus and the proximity to the Naples Causeway was ideal. It was "Rocktoberfest", so we strolled the causeway, listened to fun music, and were delighted to a grand fireworks display while we enjoyed a fire on the dock. House is very comfortable and all needs met. Beds were comfortable and the lower level space for the teens was ideal. House has amenities for every season and even for rainy days. Highly recommend! "

"We had a great time. Very cozy lake home. Comfy beds, good communication with host. Very quiet. Kids loved the games and we had a lovely time at the fire pit. Would recommend! A note for other guests that this property isn't directly on the lake and access is a bit down the road (although I think this is mentioned in the listing description). "

"We had a great stay! We wish we could stay longer! There is plenty of yard games, including a great bocci court! Comfortable living room to just hang out, and a great kitchen! We definitely will be looking forward to our next trip to Maine!"

"Overall we had an amazing stay. The home was clean and welcoming. Whenever we had a question Mike and Holly were very quick to respond. The area around the home is beautiful and there is plenty of privacy. The first floor was a little warm during the day but cooled off very quickly once the sun went down. "

"The house was very clean and nicely renovated, Ac was cold and kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of space for 5 adults and a young toddler, nice that a high chair and baby gate are at the house to use. We enjoyed nights out by the fire pit. Steep driveway but plenty of parking for 4 cars. Nice large dock for boat only downfall was that the water level was low (which we understand is a not in any control of the owner) made it difficult to park boat at the dock in shallow water but it was doable. The water had weeds in it and was pretty mucky so we did not swim at the property. Access to the main lake of Sebago is not far away so we would just boat out to swim, the channel to the main lake is narrow and very curvy but manageable. Overall we had a great stay at this property and found the house to be beautifully renovated and well cleaned. "

"Overall we were happy with our stay. The house was clean upon arrival. Our host Alex was very responsive to any inquiries made. The house is equipped with the basics but did meet all our needs. It was also well stocked with paper towels and toilet paper which was unexpected but a nice surprise. There are 2 full bathrooms which was great for the number we had in our party. There is no king size bed but the configuration of the bedrooms/beds did work well for us to ensure everyone had their own space. Each bedroom also had a tv which was a unexpected surprise. The yard was big enough for the kids to play and the beach area a short walk (maybe 10 min) away and was clean and well kept. Would recommend driving to the beach vs walking if going with anyone elderly or mobility challenged (getting there no problem but the walk up the hill to come back home proved to be too much for my elderly mother). As previously stated we were overall satisfied and would stay here again! "
