「Stayed here for a week to explore the city, great location that has lots of dining and shopping nearby. The lot is too small for the property, though, and we got boxed in a couple times by guests and staff double parked. Continental breakfast was great with lots of healthy options. 」

Maybe I visited this hotel in a bad timing.
Or the conditions and situation of American hotels have changed badly.

We had a goodnight sleep! It was raining that night so with a clean room, refreshing shower and the smell of freshly laundered sheet which is also wrinkle free I believe gave us a good night sleep and enough rest.」
