MAIN FLOOR: (1 bedroom/2 bathrooms) 1 KING en suite (tub/shower) with TV and private screened porch access, hallway bathroom (tub/shower), kitchen, dining/living area, wraparound porch, laundry room.

SECOND FLOOR: (3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms) 1 KING & 1 SINGLE en suite (tub/shower) with TV, 2 SINGLES, 2 BUNK SETS with TV, hallway bathroom (tub/shower).

AMENITIES: Smart TVs-4 with cable, wireless internet, microwave, dishwasher, full refrigerator, ceiling fans, heat/AC, washer/dryer, wraparound porch with rockers, outdoor dining set and two screened-in sections, outdoor shower under house, grill, covered parking, community pool, easy walk to beach.

HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: All short-term stays include departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival. Linens and housekeeping are additional costs for monthly stays.

POOL ACCESS: Guests have an easy walk past two houses to reach the Compass Point community pool with poolside furnishings and restroom facilities. No pool heating. Seasonal use subject to HOA management.

BEACH ACCESS: Guests can walk nine houses down to the Compass Point entrance at Retreat Beach Circle, turn left, walk past the traffic circle fountain, turn left again to follow the paved beach path located on the south side of the Bridgewater complex. Alternatively, guests can walk farther along or bring/rent a golf cart to park at the oceanfront common area resort sundecks for beach access. Amenities in this area include deck seating, rinsing showers, and restroom facilities.

LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday stays in summer. Partial week rental stays may be considered for last-minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.

LITCHFIELD BY THE SEA: A gated coastal paradise on one of the finest beaches along the east coast. Enjoy outdoor pickleball/tennis courts as well as miles of biking and walking paths within a tropical coastal setting. Fish in the surf or on the freshwater lake. RESORT FEE: A Resort Fee of $15 per reserved night ($210 cap), imposed by the Litchfield by the Sea HOA, is collected on each reservation, plus tax.
