1 BR Studio/Cottage with Kitchenette, Pool & Golf Cart/ Near Beach

This is the perfect getaway for someone wanting peaceful surroundings, but wants access to all the action. The cottage/guesthouse includes a private full bath, kitchenette with micro-wave, fridge, 2 burner stove, garbage disposal, TV, AC/heat, wifi, and its own balcony that overlooks the beautiful swimming pool. You will have use of the pool, grills (gas, charcoal and electric), fire pit and the golf cart (golf cart is only available with this unit). The beach is just a short 3 mile cart or car drive. Close to Myrtle B., Murrells Inlet & Georgetown

This is a fully self contained and private unit located on the top floor of our outdoor building. It is not connected to the house, where we have one other unit. The lower lever has a workshop which is not used during a quest's stay. Your own private balcony overlooks the large backyard and pool in which you will have the use of.

You can come and go as you please and use all grills, tables, chairs, golf cart and pool. You will need to open the privacy gate in front of the golf cart to come and go with the cart. The gate remains unlocked. You will have your own private drive on the front left of the house. This is the gate that you can enter and leave from. When arriving, you will need to park here and go through the gate and straight to the balcony steps that lead to the studio. You will have your own pass code for the keyless lock to enter the unit.

A map is provided for you showing what routes you can take with the golf cart to go to the beach, grocery stores, liquor stores, etc. You can also use your car if you prefer.

If you wish to bring a trailered boat with you, the driveway will accommodate that in most cases. There is a boat landing (Hagley Landing) to the Waccamaw River at the very end of the road we live on (Hagley Drive). It is less than 2 miles from the house. If you head south on the river, it opens to the Atlantic Ocean. If you head north, it eventually connects to the Intercostal Waterway. There are restaurants, marinas and points of interest along the way.
