「Hotel still having "teething" problems as only recently reopened. However, the hotel was nearly perfect in that most of the important points were extremely well organised - staff, restaurant, clean room. The only one let down was that the water in the bathroom was luke warm and far from being hot enough to shower. The staff didn't know how to deal with this attempting to say it was the norm - very disappointed and shall stay in my memory whenever I think about this particular hotel.」

「Convenient location with an amazing shawarma restaurant downstairs. Neighborhood felt safe and very walkable. Place was clean and exactly as described. Generally exceeded or met expectations. Easy laundry.」

「Overall the facility is good and the location is great. One thing I experienced is that the hotel has central heating/AC system. The room temperature is a little low in Oct, but manageable by wearing some warm clothes. However, the cold air from the vent somehow flowed towards where my pillow was. I asked the front desk to help but was told they could help nothing. As a result I ended up waking up with sore throat and running nose. The hotel needs to take some action to address this issue.」
