Staff always helpful. We were able to check inn quickly on arrival. The pool is open from 7am-10pm and water very warm. Good air conditioning in rooms. Just opposite Terminal 21 an amazing shopping mall with all kinds of restaurants in. Thai Garden resort has a bbq every Saturday evening.

A lovely spacious hotel in the middle of Pattaya. Beautifully kept grounds that are a joy to walk round. Very large pool that caters for everyone. Deck chairs and parasols layed out well. Very peaceful hardly able to hear the traffic outside of the hotel.

The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained – a true home away from home. The maids did an incredible job keeping everything perfect throughout my stay. The food was absolutely delicious with a wide variety to choose from – every meal was a treat. The pool area was so relaxing and beautifully kept, perfect for both swimming and lounging. What really made the property unforgettable were the stunning statues and artistic details around the grounds – it felt like walking through a living gallery, adding a unique and magical touch to the whole experience. Every staff member I encountered was warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. This resort truly blends luxury, beauty, and hospitality in the best way possible. I can’t recommend it enough – I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

The pool is awesome, staff are helpful and polite. Bed is very good . Room is spacious with good amenities. I think towels should change with new one . Some towels are worn out. The location is great at north pattaya
