The floor of my room was wet. If I wasn’t paying attention I would have slipped and fell. Other than that the room was good, bed comfortable, shower good pressure and temperature.

Great staff, always helpful. Good value for your money. The pool was marginal, not for children and too many bird droppings on the tables. I would still come back to this hotel. They could offer more tours. Guest friendly and very safe.

They’ve just opened a new disco across the street and the music pumping non stop until 4am. I was staying on the 17th floor and was able to hear it loud. The hotel management need to do something about that spot and close them down.

The staff are amazing will do anything to help you. Shame there’s no bar at the pool but apart from that it’s perfect. Great cleaners everyday also

Very luxurious appearance, plenty of public areas to sit and relax. Pool was nice, breakfast had several choices and was reasonably priced. The doorman was very happy to help us book a taxi back to the airport and advised us how much time to leave.

Nice hotel was better before the covid. No breakfast in hotel same before. Very few staff so for example the pool in bad condition. But location for me and good memories made me to stay there

I moved here from the LK Empress a kilometer away. The facility is in much better condition than the Empress. Unfortunately, in the morning I found unwashed blood stains at groin level in the sheets. I was alone all night and I did not bleed at all.

The staff are excellent. Smiling and very helpful. Breakfast was very good and extra care was taken due to current environment. Location is good. Close to restaurants bars and short ride to shopping centres. 7-11 at front of property and taxi bikes and taxi cars ready at all hours. Floor 22 magic view of Pattaya bay. Special thanks to Breakfast Shift Lady Boss. Very nice lady.

It was a nice change to be on the 23 rd floor and have nice views ,the only thing which is not unusual was some ants in the room but i notified the receptionist and cleaner and they sprayed some stuff to help get rid of them but after 2-3 days they were back so they sprayed it again,didn't expect to see them that high up, but quite nice room 😁

Pest control is URGENTLY needed !!!! Thousands of ants all over . (Sleepless) Noises are coming from the street (20th floor ) 24hrs . I had good experience before. But , lately the staff changed and something bad is happening there . Yaakov
